We sent personalized birthday wishes to members on their birthdays. It was a small gesture and required little effort. But this gesture was greatly appreciated. Long-standing or newly-joined members would even receive a special gift. These thoughtful initiatives helped us build a strong relationship with our members.
Making members feel special, acknowledged, and valued helps them stay engaged. They also feel motivated to be actively involved in your association.

We also saw wholehearted participation in the activity and better engagement between members.
