Change Makers
What started as a discussion about why most women often tend to ignore their health and wellbeing, soon turned into a passionate mission for us.
As we went all out to find the answers to these questions, we realized this was just the tip of the iceberg. Women’s health has never been included in mainstream discussion and does not get the attention it deserves.
We decided to do something about it..we started a Movement!
Stronger Together: Our Initiatives
Collab Function is championing the cause of Women’s Health & Health Equity in India. We successfully launched India’s first dedicated event – Global Women’s Health Innovation Conference & Awards in 2022.
Leading the conversation in women’s health, health equity and, the role of innovation in making women’s healthcare accessible and affordable for all, we bring together all stakeholders on a common platform to help advance women’s health and together build the ecosystem to help fuel growth, overcome barriers and tap into the vast opportunities in this segment.
Our commitment extends beyond individual empowerment to working hand-in-hand with national and international, public and private entities, associations, trusts, and non-profits.
Through strategic engagement and high-impact social awareness campaigns, we aspire to contribute to the missions of our partners, collectively making a lasting impact on women’s health and well-being in India and beyond.

I am an Event & Marketing Strategist with a passion for excellence.
For over 2 decades I have been working closely with Indian and International associations, trade bodies, and member companies to facilitate business growth and expansion. Creating winning collaborations and strong relationships is my forte. I enjoy working with people and strongly believe that change can only come through collaboration, as without it our growth is limited to our own perspective.
When I am not working, I love pursuing and contributing my time and skills to social causes that help empower women and children.
I enjoy discussions and vibrant environments. Love to be in the limelight and I am truly a people person.
With over 20 years in the business of helping companies to promote their offerings using the right platforms, I have successfully managed to translate business needs to potential partnerships and high impact strategic collaborations resulting in a win-win for all. From large scale event sponsorships to organising trade exhibitions, road shows to international pavilions, I have been working across different industry segments and have orchestrated many strategic business collaborations and partnerships.
I enjoy creative discussions and am passionate about cinema and theatre, the art of creative storytelling and a lovely form of artistic expression.
